Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I pay if I do not have a Paypal account?
On the check out page, please select “proceed to Paypal”. This is our payment processor. You will have the option to log in or check out as a guest. As a guest, you will be able to pay by credit card.
I'm a Society of FSP member, do I need to create an account in FSPgo?

Yes, although FSPgo and FSP are related, FSPgo is a new product line of FSP, separate from membership. You will need to create an account for FSPgo.

What if I do not receive an email confirmation?

Please check your spam folder.  You can also find a copy of your order under the “my account” tab on the home page.

Where do I find my order history?

Select the “My Account” tab from the top menu bar and select “Orders”.  Here you will also be able to access the links to the archive programs in that order.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our home page and complete the form and we will respond as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only be issued 30 days from purchase date if material has not been accessed and/or downloaded. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email receipt upon submission of  your order.
