You will get a good overview of the many new solutions and which solutions are most suitable for specific clients and why. We’ll go over how HIPAA, the DRA, the PPA, and Secure Act affect your clients long-term care contracts.

Certified as a long-term care insurance specialist and has the most highly regarded designations in the industry (CLTC and LTCP), he is recognized by the American Association of Long-Term Care Insurance as one of the top 100 long-term care insurance agents in the US. He is certified by the Association of Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) as a trainer to agents seeking to be licensed for the Long-Term Care Partnership plans.
Marshall and his wife Dorothy are lifelong Greensboro, NC natives. He is very active in the community and loves the study of theology, music and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
