We consider the challenges faced by financial planners and estate planning attorneys. For one thing, estate planning may be low on the list of client priorities. Secondly, even when the client begins the process, they then may procrastinate and fail to follow through. Sometimes indecision is the enemy. And finally, planners must find a way to work in concert with other professionals to make the process work.
